Please note that we never rent Starlit Escape to more than one party at a time. You will always have Starlit Escape Villa exclusively to yourself, regardless of how many are in your party.
Ask about St. John weddings, family reunions and corporate events. We can help with planning and can coordinate catering and private chef services, as well.
After landing at St. Thomas airport, you'll take a taxi ride to the dock and a short ferry ride to St. John. We will meet you at the dock and escort you to Starlit Escape. We recommend that you rent a 4 wheel-drive vehicle for your stay, and we'll be happy to arrange it for you—just ask.
Returning guests: We invite you to deduct 10% off the rates above.
A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance, plus a fully refundable damage deposit of $500, is due 60 days prior to your arrival.

Cancellations: All payments are fully refundable, less a 10% administration fee, if we are able to re-rent the Starlit Escape Villa during your booking period. Naturally, we will always do our utmost to help fill dates that must be cancelled. We suggest you purchase trip insurance to mitigate any unforeseen cancellation, especially during hurricane season.
The owners of Starlit Escape do not assume responsibility for loss of property due to theft or other factors which we cannot control. Please exercise customary care to ensure that your personal property is carefully secured whether on this premises or elsewhere during your stay.
